Strata Management

Meetings

Facilitate Annual General Meeting (AGM), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM), Strata Committee Meeting (SCM) and any other meeting as required.
Compile and distribute the necessary agenda including where necessary Financial statements, budgets and insurances.
Compile the necessary Budget estimate to the ensuing year for the Scheme to consider at each AGM. Furthermore provide advice and best practice on the contributions to the Administrative and Sinking Funds
Compile and distribute the minutes of meetings to the Owners

Financial

Generate and distribute levies notice to each Owners preferred address (including optional email preference)
Prompt payment of accounts and outgoings on behalf of the Strata Scheme

Source necessary quotes
Lodge and track insurance claims

Keys and Remotes

Spare keys and remotes can be ordered on behalf of your scheme and are securely kept in the office.

Community /Neighbourhood

Community and Neighbourhood associations are becoming a popular choice of communal living that still retain that “living in the suburb feeling”. Whist the individual properties are private homes, the shared facilities and grounds (club house, pool or entertaining area) form the common property. Each association is governed by its own unique Management Statement. This statement contains all the by-laws and procedures required to run and maintain the scheme.

BMC

A Building management Committee is a term given to the development entity that consists of two or more separate/private properties. Eg A Residential Strata Plan built over a Supermarket or commercial property.

Each entity operates and manages their common property independently, however the shared facilities between the two (resi scheme and commercial) is managed by the BMC and the specific Management Statement which governs the shared facilities.
